Town Restaurant

There is an off-menu vegan option called the vegetable plate that has kabucha, carrots, eggplant, mushrooms, tomatoes and asparagus. It’s my absolute favorite!Town’s mantra is “local first, organic whenever possible, with aloha always” and it really shows in their entrées.

I went here after one of my friends said, "You have to try it!" I went in with high hopes, but I don't really get the appeal of this place. The food is OK but it's super small portions with a huge price tag. Not to mention it actually took just over an hour for the entrees to make it to the table. Dinner for two with drinks ran about $100... there is nothing special about the atmosphere or the service, so I have a hard time justifying that kind of money for slightly above-average tasting food.

Found this place to be okay in terms of choice and costly in terms of price for food. The latte I got was definitely sub-par in taste, composition and even somewhat warm rather than hot.The options for vegetarians are somewhat limited given that they have 4 appetizer and 4 main course in total. So I ordered the salad which was somewhat small and not filling. I had to follow up with a second lunch in a few hours.
